• Apply a moderate amount to the desired area and massage using slow circular motions until evenly distributed.

• For feet, massage thoroughly and, if desired, wear clean cotton socks after application.

• Because this is a concentrated botanical warming formula, the use of disposable gloves during application is recommended. If gloves are not used, wash hands thoroughly immediately after application before touching the face, eyes, or other sensitive areas.

• Use only as directed.

Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, nose, and all mucous membranes. Do not apply to broken, cracked, irritated, inflamed, or sensitive skin. Do not apply to skin affected by eczema, dermatitis, active skin conditions, or severe irritation. Wash hands thoroughly after application if gloves are not used. Discontinue use if excessive burning, redness, or irritation occurs. Do not use on infants or young children due to their delicate skin. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a healthcare professional before use if pregnant or nursing. Do not use with heating pads or occlusive bandages.

If excessive warming or skin discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately. Remove the product by gently wiping the area with a clean cloth or paper towel moistened with a vegetable oil (such as jojoba, olive, or another skin-safe oil) until the balm has been completely removed. Do not attempt to remove the product with water alone. After removing the balm with oil, gently wash the area with mild soap and lukewarm water if needed. Seek medical attention if irritation persists or becomes severe.
