Inspired by five generations of traditional Mexican curanderismo, NECTLI™ Botanical Elixir reflects Tetlalia’s commitment to thoughtful botanical craftsmanship, carefully selected ingredients, and formulations in which every component has a purpose.

Rather than relying on a single plant, NECTLI™ brings together a diverse composition of traditional botanical extracts selected to complement one another as a harmonious whole. Each ingredient contributes its own botanical character to the finished formula, creating an elixir with a distinctive aroma, texture, and personality.

NECTLI™ is handcrafted in small batches using a smooth vegetable glycerin–based matrix. Its naturally rich consistency provides a refined sensory experience without alcohol, high-fructose corn syrup, artificial colorants, or synthetic flavoring.

The composition combines Palo Azul bark, Guarumo leaf, Mexican mullein, Yerba Santa, star anise, white willow bark, and licorice root. Star anise contributes a warm aromatic opening, while the remaining botanicals create a deeper herbal character that is unmistakably NECTLI™.
